2nd Quarter 2009	Participant practice interviews and orientation April 2009-July 2009 Solicitation ends 30 May 2009 Results Workshop Design Conference June 2009
3rd Quarter 2009	All data submitted 4 September 2009
4th Quarter 2009	Data Validation meeting and calls 12-16 October 2009 Steering Group approved data revisions submitted 16 November 2009
1st Quarter 2010	Final Report issued 25 January 2010 Blind Copy and Practices Report issued 22 February 2010
2nd Quarter 2010	Results and Practices Conference* April 2010 Issue off-cycle reports June 2010
