4th Quarter 2010	Solicitation begins 30 November 2010
2nd Quarter 2011	Participant practice interviews and orientation April 2011-July 2011 Solicitation ends 30 May 2011 Results Workshop Design Conference June 2011
3rd Quarter 2011	All data submitted 4 September 2011
4th Quarter 2011	Data Validation meeting and calls 12-16 October 2011 Steering Group approved data revisions submitted 16 November 2011
1st Quarter 2012	Final Report issued February 2012 Blind Copy and Practices Report issued February 2012
2nd Quarter 2012	Results and Practices Conference* May 2012 Issue off-cycle reports June 2012
