Personal Information: Personal information will be requested of you when you submit an inquiry or resume. In the case of inquiry or comment, we log any information that you send us, and retain it for up to one year. This information remains internal to UMS and is not shared with outside parties without your written authorization.
E-mail addresses: When a visitor submits an inquiry, comment, or resume through a form available on this site, we log
and retain the e-mail address for up to one year. Any message you send via e-mail is subject to the risks and vulnerabilities of the e-mail technology.
Registration: This site does not currently require registration to be viewed.
Cookies, Scripts and Plug-ins: We may use simple scripts from time to time to enhance the appearance of the site. Some browsers might not be able to run the scripts although that should not effect your ability to view this site.
We use Macromedia Flash Mx software , for certain animated graphics presentations. This may require you to download a Flash player plug-in file from www.macromedia.com to your computer, to view these presentations.
IP Address: UMS logs IP addresses of visitors (your IP address indicates the location of your computer on the Internet.)
This information is used for internal purposes only. We do not share this information outside of UMS. We do not log IP addresses to track your session, nor do we link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This information is
typically kept for one year.
Credit Card information: We do not currently collect credit card information through this site.
Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, ensure the appropriate use of information and protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online.
Children online privacy statement: UMS is sensitive to and understands the importance of protecting children's privacy online. This site is not intentionally geared to or designed for children under the age of 13, and we ask that minors not
