UMS Group and Ivara Corporation Partner to Deliver Asset Performance Management Solutions to European Utilities

PARSIPPANY, NEW JERSEY, March 7, 2012 – UMS Group and Ivara Corporation have formed a partnership to offer Ivara’s EXP Enterprise software to UMS’ utility clients in Europe.  The Partnership furthers UMS’ end-to-end vision of Asset Management processes enabled by technology tools such as its Risk and Investment Optimization Software Suite.

Ivara EXP supports clients needing a solution for collecting, consolidating and analyzing asset health data to make informed maintenance decisions.  UMS Group will become both a business development partner and an implementation partner for Ivara for the European utility industry.   By combining Ivara’s software solution with UMS’ global leadership in Asset Management consulting, the companies will be able to expand their offerings to the market.  Our clients will benefit from the strong asset performance management capabilities offered by Ivara EXP, which are complementary to UMS’ services and products in risk and portfolio optimization.
